Can't sort or filter the Known Plates table

Feature Request

The default sort is newest to oldest entry. There is no way to override that, to sort it by another field, filter the records, etc.

It would be nice to be able to sort/filter by the Plate, the Name or Added On. And also to be able to filter tags.

    Doing this + pagination before finishing stable release.

      Is this supposed to be in 0.1.9, or a later release?
