Dashboard - Time distribution graph

When I click on a bar in the graph (like 3pm), the URL it opens is:

http://192.168.1.122:3000/live_feed?page=1&hourFrom=22&hourTo=22

It should be from=15 and to=15 for my TZ. Is there a setting for that? The timestamps are correct in events I believe for local TZ, but the graph converts to UTC.

How can I change that?
