Date filters don't respect local timezone

If I pick a date like 3/2/2025 from the date filter (on live view or database view), I’d expect to see any plate reads between local midnight of 3/2 until 11:59 pm of the same day. But what I’m seeing is shifted by 8 hours meaning 3/1 at 4pm until 3/2 at 3:59pm.

When fixing this, please account for standard vs. daylight saving too. For example, on Sunday 3/9/2025 when the time change occurs, the period from midnight to midnight is actually 23 hours because we spring forward. And in the fall, the period from midnight to midnight is 25 hours because we fall back.

For example, if I pick Sun 3/9/2025 when the time change occurs, I expect that to get 23 hours of plates from 3/9/2025 0:00 PST (3/9/2025 8:00 UTC) to 3/9/2025 23:59 PDT (3/10/2025 7:00 UTC).
