Live Feed - can't select hour range filter, if live updates enabled

If I click on the ‘Hour Range’ filter while live updates are enabled, there isn’t enough time to do anything before the “live updates” action refreshes the view and dismisses the dialog.

If live updates are turned off, then the dialog stays around and I can select the start and end hour range.
