Plate correction field is too small on mobile

Feature Request

When trying to correct a plate number field on a mobile device, but enough of the field is displayed. Additionally it's hard to type in the field (scrolling back and forth) to be sure of what you typed.

Please widen both the Current and New fields to show the full plate.
